- Your personal information will be deleted or anonymized once legally permitted.
- However, some data must be retained for regulatory and compliance reasons (such as anti-money laundering (AML) and financial regulations).
Typical retention periods:
- Transaction records and identity verification documents must be stored for a legally mandated number of years — even after account deletion.
- After the retention period ends, all data will be permanently deleted or fully anonymized.

- Aurea Hub does not store or manage your personal data — only Transak does.
